We provide a service that is above and beyond that generally available from other sources such as Notary Public, Justice of the Peace, Commissioner of Oaths, Solicitor, Court Registrar, Apostil and legalization. These merely verify that the person appearing before them is the person who signed the document, or that the signature is correct etc. Our service goes beyond that. We check the actual document as well as the signature for authenticity. Following are but just a few samples verified by us;

• Check with the Companies Office to verify that the Certificate of Incorporation is genuine;

• Check with a fellow Director to ensure the Directors really did issue that Resolution to open another bank account;

• Check the electoral roll, with the Utility, or other Authority to verify the Proof of Residence given to you is correct;

Each country is different; meaning that the check used in one country may not be the same as in another. If the check is the same the procedure will likely be different.

The types of document verified by us is really without limit. However, please do not expect us to do more than we offer. A common misconception is that we advise on the commercial, or other, wisdom of the document being authenticated.
